Patrick Steenvoorden

Patrick Steenvoorden is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as CFO and Board Member at Macaw since January 2024 and as Founder/Director of Lithos Advisory since February 2020. With extensive experience in strategy and finance, Patrick has held significant positions including interim CEO and CFO at LTP Business Psychologists, Associate at Been Management Consulting, and Advisor to the Board at S-P-S International B.V. Prior to these roles, Patrick spent over 13 years at LeasePlan, where responsibilities included CFO of LeasePlan UK and Senior Corporate Vice President of Risk Management. Patrick's earlier career includes senior positions at Orchard Finance Consultants, PwC, and Van Den Boom Groep. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Financial Economics from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and executive education at IMD and INSEAD.
