Serge van den Oever is a seasoned Technology Consultant and Competence Team Lead at Macaw since February 1998, overseeing the Custom Application Development competence team comprising approximately 40 members across the Netherlands, Lithuania, and Germany. With expertise in full-stack consulting, Serge is skilled in both frontend architecture and complex backend systems. Prior experience includes a developer role at Valkieser New Media from August 1992 to February 1998, where work involved CD-i titles, games, interactive television, and websites, and a developer position at BSO/Origin from August 1991 to August 1992, marking the start of Serge's professional journey. Serge earned a Master's degree from the University of Amsterdam in Mathematics and Computer Science, completing studies from 1985 to 1992.
