Nitza Gilad

Nitza Gilad has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry, primarily with Maccabi Health care Services. Nitza began their career in 1993 as a Kiryat-Ono Branch manager, and later served as the Dan district Service Quality Manager and Ramat-Gan Branch manager. From 2003 to 2011, Nitza was the Manager of Administration Sector. Nitza then became the Operations Manager of the Jerusalem district from 2011 to 2014. In 2014, they joined Maccabi Dent as the Chief Operating Officer.

Nitza Gilad attended Bar-Ilan University from 2017 to 2019, where they studied law. Prior to that, they studied business administration and management at Ono Academic College from 2009 to 2011. In 2001 to 2002, they pursued professional communication at Clark University, and in 1992 to 1994, they studied healthcare management at Tel Aviv University.
