Tony Costello

Tony Costello is an experienced professional in the construction and training sectors, currently serving as the Construction Department Manager at Macclesfield College of Further Education since February 2022. In this role, Tony oversees the Maxim Apprenticeship team, managing the Construction and Automotive departments with a staff of nine and over 200 students. Prior to this position, Tony worked as an Engagement Manager at Galliford Try from October 2019 to February 2022 and held multiple roles at Seddon, including Head of Training from May 2012 to September 2019. Earlier experience includes serving as Head of Training at Bethell Group PLC, HR & Training Manager at White Building Services, and various positions at CITB from 1997 to 2004, demonstrating a strong background in training and management within the construction industry.
