Jean Laplante

Jean LaPlante is a seasoned professional in the field of chemical engineering and product management with extensive experience in technical roles. Currently serving as a Global Product Line Technical Specialist for Electroless Nickel at MacDermid Enthone Industrial Solutions since September 2021, Jean has previously held key positions at Coventya, including R&D Manager, Product Manager, and Technical Director from September 2004 to December 2021. Earlier career experiences include serving as Technical Director at Sirius Technology Inc., Scientist II at Oneida Research Services, Environmental Coordinator/Plating Process Chemist at H.M. Quackenbush, INC., Chemical Supervisor at William Advanced Materials, and Plating Laboratory Chemist at Indium Corporation. Jean holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree from Mohawk Valley Community College and has pursued further education at the State University of New York at Oswego.
