P.eng Lance Willer

Lance Willer, P.Eng has a diverse work experience in the engineering industry. Lance started their career as a Design Engineer at Applied Engineering, Inc. in June 2007 and worked there until September 2008. Lance then joined RFA Engineering in September 2008 and served as a Design Engineer for a year. Lance joined MacDon Industries as a Design Engineer in September 2009 and gradually progressed in their career, taking on roles such as Product Engineering Leader, Product Engineering Manager, and Director of Design Engineering. Currently, Lance holds the position of Director of Operations Services at MacDon Industries, starting in May 2023.

Lance Willer, P.Eng received their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of North Dakota. Lance studied at the university from 2002 to 2007.
