Sezen Guener

Sezen Guener has a diverse work experience in the real estate and finance industries. Sezen has worked at Macdonald & Company since 2020, where they currently hold the role of Associate Director in the German Real Estate Investment & Funds division. Prior to this, they worked as an Associate at the same company. In 2017, they joined Foundation Recruitment as a Principal Consultant, specializing in German Real Estate Investment & Placemaking. Sezen later became a Senior Consultant and then Consultant in the German Real Estate Investment & Shopping Centers division. Before entering the real estate field, Sezen worked at Kreissparkasse Ravensburg as a Privatkundenberaterin and Juniorberaterin. Sezen started their career as a Bankkauffrau with additional qualifications as a Finanzassistentin (IHK). Prior to their banking career, Sezen worked as a Tutor (Lehrassistent) at both Astrid-Lindgren-Schule and BiBO Bildungsinitiative Bodensee-Oberschwaben e.V.

Sezen Guener obtained their Abitur (A-level) from Elsa-Brändström-Gymnasium, Oberhausen in 2008. Sezen then pursued a degree in Banking Professional & Financial Assistant (CCI) from the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Bodensee-Oberschwaben, which they completed in 2012. Finally, they obtained a Bachelor Professional of Banking / Bankfachwirtin (SBW) degree in Banking Services and Operations from Sparkassenakademie Baden-Württemberg, Stuttgart in 2013.
