D'Wayne Kendrick

D'Wayne Kendrick is an experienced manager in the HVAC and energy efficiency sector, currently serving as the Manager of Performance Contracting for the Private Sector at MacDonald-Miller Facility Solutions since May 2015. In this role, D'Wayne leads initiatives focused on energy efficiency, scopes projects, sets pricing, and coordinates cross-functional teams. Previously, D'Wayne worked at Johnson Controls from December 2008 to March 2015, holding positions as an Account Executive in Service and as a Building Automation Controls Technician, where D'Wayne developed energy efficiency projects and gained extensive training in HVAC functionality and advanced programming. D'Wayne holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix, obtained between 2009 and 2012.
