Kyle Redfield

Kyle Redfield has a diverse work experience in the field of building automation and control systems. Kyle is currently working as a Controls Engineer at MacDonald-Miller Facility Solutions since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Siemens Industry, Inc. for more than a decade, holding various roles including Senior Design Engineer, Operations Specialist Supervisor, and Operations Manager I. In these positions, they specialized in remotely engineered solutions for national accounts, focused on datacenter control systems and supervised a team of HVAC technicians. Additionally, Kyle worked at Siemens Industry as a General Engineer and Engineering Specialist, where they managed projects, designed engineering systems, coordinated field work, and executed equipment start-up.

From 1999 to 2003, Kyle Redfield attended Oregon State University, where they pursued a degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Power Electronics.
