Lisa Kinlow

Lisa Kinlow currently serves as the Assistant Controller at MacDonald-Miller Facility Solutions since October 2024. Previously, as the Financial Controller at AssuredPartners from October 2022 to September 2024, Lisa was instrumental in fostering a high-performing accounting team and streamlining automated processes across multiple acquisitions. Prior experience includes senior roles at Nordstrom, where Lisa managed the accounting team for off-price online businesses and supported finance projects, and Starbucks, where responsibilities spanned capital accounting management and financial planning across various channels. Lisa began their career at Sterling Savings Bank, progressing through various accounting and auditing roles, culminating as accounting supervisor. Lisa holds an MBA from Eastern Washington University, a BA in Accounting from Gonzaga University, and a Lean Six Sigma certificate from Villanova University.
