Michael Weber has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Starting in 2011, they worked as a Summer Intern for Commander, U.S. Pacific Fleet. From 2012 to 2015, they served as a Project Engineer at the US Army Corps of Engineers, Norfolk District, where they specialized in design management and developed construction bidding documents. In 2015, they joined Newport News Shipbuilding, a Division of Huntington Ingalls Industries, as a Nuclear Engineer, where they focused on thermodynamic and compressible flow analysis for the Nuclear Overhaul Engineering Department. Since 2016, they have been working at MacDonald-Miller Facility Solutions, holding several roles including Project Engineer, Project Manager, and currently Senior Project Manager. In these positions, they have been responsible for developing budgetary estimates, project forecasting, scheduling, and progress billings for various large commercial projects.

Michael Weber completed their education in mechanical engineering. Michael attended Saint Martin's University from 2010 to 2012, without obtaining a degree. Michael then transferred to Old Dominion University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from 2012 to 2015. Additionally, in June 2015, Michael obtained the Engineer in Training certification from the Virginia Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation.
