Shelby Adams

Shelby Adams has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities. Most recently, they worked at MacDonald-Miller Facility Solutions as a Clean Buildings Administrator. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Club Engagement at Sand Point Country Club, where they were responsible for communication, technology administration, project management, and various other tasks. Shelby also served as the Youth and Family Programs Coordinator and Assistant Aquatic Program Director at the same club. Shelby has experience in property management as a Property Manager at Edmonds 2020, LLC. Additionally, they worked as a Coach at Excel Swim Club and as a Customer Experience Manager at MacDonald-Miller Facility Solutions. Earlier in their career, Shelby held positions at Klahaya Swim & Tennis Club, including Assistant Swim Coach, Lifeguard, and Maintenance personnel.

Shelby Adams completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Recreation from the University of Idaho, where they studied from 2012 to 2016. In addition to their degree, they obtained various certifications including BMI: Sport & Recreation Management from the Club Management Association of America in June 2021, MAST Class 12 from the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board in September 2020, Swim Coach certification from USA Swimming in September 2016, and Leave No Trace certification from Leave No Trace in February 2016. It is unclear when they obtained their CPR/AED/First Aid and Lifeguard certificates.
