Alastair Garratt

Alastair Garratt is an experienced Associate Director at Mace, leading a team in Cost Consultancy and managing LTA Services across the MEA region since June 2014. With a background in Contract Administration, Alastair has worked on significant projects in KSA and UAE, catering to clients such as banks and developers. Previously, Alastair served as Contracts Manager at Hill International, overseeing the contract administration for the Muscat and Salalah International Airports, and held roles in project controls at Fluor. Alastair has also been a Senior Contract Administrator with Kharafi National on major projects and the Sulaibiya Joint Venture. Early career experience includes quantity surveying with Tilbury Douglas Construction on notable stadium projects. Alastair holds an MBA from the University of Bradford and a BSc in Quantity Surveying from Nottingham Trent University.
