Frances Bean

Frances Bean is an experienced sustainability professional with a focus on local government and community engagement. Frances currently serves as the Associate Director of Sustainability at Mace, a role held since July 2022. Prior experience includes managerial positions at The Carbon Trust and project management at the Buildings Performance Institute Europe. Frances has held policy director roles at both Stefan Scheuer SPRL and The Coalition for Energy Savings, advocating for environmental and energy policies within EU affairs. Additional experience includes serving as Senior EU Policy Officer for the Greater London Authority and roles at the Energy Saving Trust and Defra, emphasizing sustainable practices and renewable energy initiatives. Frances holds a BSc Hons. in Environmental Science from the University of East Anglia.
