Ian Roberts is a seasoned Senior Planning Manager with extensive experience in the construction industry. Currently at Mace Group since August 2013, Ian focuses on delivering complex projects, including the new home for Coronation Street as part of ITV's Salford development. Prior to this role, Ian worked with Lend Lease from June 2007 to September 2010, where responsibilities included planning a £140 million studio complex for the Media City Development, alongside other notable projects such as the Southport Cultural Centre refurbishment and the Former Royal Eye Hospital in Manchester. Additionally, Ian held the position of Planning Manager at Bovis Lend Lease from January 2005 to June 2007, contributing to the redevelopment of the Golden Square shopping centre in Warrington. Ian holds a BSc (Hons) in Construction Management from The University of Salford.
