Matthew Brinklow

Matthew Brinklow is an experienced sustainability professional currently serving as Sustainability Lead for Commercial Offices at Mace since November 2021. Prior to this role, Matthew held the position of Senior Sustainability Manager at FLO, where leadership was provided for the environmental function of the £1 billion Northern Line Extension project from April 2017 to November 2021. Previous experience includes roles at Laing O'Rourke as Environmental Manager for the Crossrail Liverpool Street Station project and as Senior Environmental Advisor at Costain, focusing on the Paddington New Yard Crossrail Project. Matthew's career commenced as an Environmental Advisor within a joint venture at Clancy Docwra, and initial research experience was gained at EDF Energy Nuclear. Matthew holds an MSc in Environmental Assessment and Management with distinction from Oxford Brookes University and a BA (Hons) in Architecture from Newcastle University.
