Peter Nicholas

Peter Nicholas is an experienced construction professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Project Director at Wates Group since October 2020, Peter previously held various managerial roles at Kier Group from July 2001 to April 2020, including Contracts Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Site Manager. Notable projects include the £29M WREN School and the £18M Farnborough Business Park. Additionally, Peter contributed to structural engineering work at Arup as a Design & Build Co-ordinator. Peter holds a Master of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Surrey, earned in 2002.
