Philip Douglas

Philip Douglas is a seasoned Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in civil engineering and construction management. Currently employed at Mace since May 2024, Philip is focused on associated developments in the rail delivery sector. Previously, Philip held the same title at Mace from May 2016 to November 2019, managing significant civil works for the Hinkley Point C power station project. Additional roles include Deputy Construction Manager at Shell Projects and Technology, Senior Construction Supervisor at Jordan Oil Shale Company B.V, and Civils Construction Manager for the Shetland Gas Project at Petrofac. Philip has also contributed to various projects involving railway structures at Network Rail and managed essential construction activities for the Great Manmade River Project in Libya. Beyond professional commitments, Philip serves as Chancelier on the Board of Directors for La Chaine des Rotisseurs, promoting culinary excellence in Great Britain.
