Andrew Silverman

Andrew Silverman is an experienced attorney specializing in advice for Delaware and Pennsylvania businesses on matters related to mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, fundraising, business divorce, inter-company conflicts, intellectual property, trade agreements, and complex business organization. Currently serving at MacElree Harvey since April 2014, Andrew previously held attorney positions at Manion Gaynor & Manning LLP and Weber Gallagher Simpson Stapleton Fires & Newby LLP, as well as a judicial law clerk role with the State of Delaware. Andrew is licensed to practice in Delaware and Pennsylvania and is pursuing an LLM in Tax at Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, having already earned a JD from Delaware Law School and a B.A. in Political Science and History from the University of Pittsburgh.
