Jesse Benites

Jesse Benites is an experienced property management professional currently serving as the Director of Property Management at Macerich since July 2013, overseeing the Tysons Corner Campus, a significant mixed-use development near Washington, DC. Prior to this role, Jesse has held various management positions including General Manager at Arrowhead Towne Center and Senior Property Manager roles at both Biltmore Fashion Park and Kierland Commons, as well as managing Paradise Valley Mall and assisting at Scottsdale Fashion Square. Jesse's earlier experience includes serving as General Manager at DKN Hotels and Assistant General Manager at Pacifica Host Hotels, alongside a background in maintenance management. Jesse holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Northern Arizona University, earned in 2009.
