Lynsey Folkman

Lynsey Folkman has extensive experience in accounting and financial management, currently serving as VP Group Controller at Macerich since February 2010, with prior roles including AVP Assistant Controller and Senior Accounting Manager. Before joining Macerich, Lynsey worked at Ernst & Young, LLP as an Audit Senior, where responsibilities included performing financial statement audits for large commercial real estate and entertainment companies. Earlier in the career, Lynsey held the position of Bookkeeper/Accountant at Action Title Company, managing bookkeeping and accounting tasks along with providing administrative support. Educational qualifications include a Master of Accountancy in Professional Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, both obtained from Brigham Young University.
