Mike Annett

Mike Annett, PhD CPHR, currently serves as the VP Programs and 2025 Conference Chair for the North American Case Research Association (NACRA), promoting excellence in case research within business and academic disciplines. At MacEwan University, Mike holds multiple leadership roles, including Associate Dean, Department Chair, and Associate Professor in Management and Organizations, overseeing various academic programs in management and human resources. Additionally, Mike operates as a Consultant with BadaB Consulting Inc., focusing on diversity and inclusion practices, and serves as President of HR Prof. Previous experience includes significant roles in human resources with the Government of Alberta and academic instruction at the University of Alberta and University of Lethbridge. Mike earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Management and a Doctor of Philosophy in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from the University of Alberta.
