Sarah Alexander

Sarah Alexander serves as the President of the MacEwan Staff Union since July 2022 and has been an Admissions & Transfer Specialist at MacEwan University since November 2015, with previous roles including Transfer Specialist, Financial Aid Advisor, and Domestic Admissions Specialist. Prior experience includes temporary positions with the Government of Alberta in program and administrative assistance roles, and experience in funding facilitation and real estate assistance. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Western University, a Diploma in Library and Information Science from MacEwan University, and is currently pursuing a Certificate of Labour Relations Management at the University of Saskatchewan, along with further studies in Adult Learning focusing on Career & Academic Advising at the University of Calgary.
