Kyle Poole

Kyle Poole has extensive experience in procurement and health care roles. As Procurement Manager and Buyer at Macfarlane Packaging since January 2018, Kyle has developed strong expertise in procurement processes. Previous experience includes positions as Stock Controller and Apprentice Stock Controller, where early career challenges fueled aspiration. Kyle's health care experience includes roles as Health Care Assistant at RANC Residential Home and ADR CARE HOMES LIMITED, as well as serving as Head Cook in the same organization, demonstrating versatility and the ability to manage kitchen operations while maintaining hygiene standards. A background in customer service was gained as a Waiter at Center Parcs UK & Ireland, where Kyle navigated a dynamic work environment. Educational foundation was established at Mark Rutherford Upper School from 2011 to 2016.
