Steven Bamsa

Steven Bamsa is a seasoned business development professional with extensive experience in the packaging and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as the Business Development Manager at Macfarlane Packaging, Steven focuses on driving growth in Packaging Automation and building strategic partnerships with OEMs and suppliers. Previously, at SIAA GR, Steven developed and implemented business strategies aimed at enhancing customer experience. Steven's tenure at Krones AG included roles as Head of Manufacturing & Exchange Programme, where manufacturing processes were optimized, and as Senior Project Manager, responsible for key account management. Earlier career positions included Service Level Agreements Manager at Krones LCS Center West Africa Limited and Service Mechanical Engineer at Dematech NG. Steven holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Ilorin and a professional education from Cranfield University.
