Saajidah Ahmed

Saajidah Ahmed is an Associate specializing in Corporate and M&A at Macfarlanes since August 2020, following a progression from Trainee Solicitor to Future Trainee Solicitor within the firm. Prior experience includes serving as a Student Ambassador at Durham University from November 2018 to July 2020, and a Summer Intern at the Department for Work and Pensions in July 2019. Saajidah gained additional experience as a Vacation Student at Kirkland & Ellis in July 2019, participated in a Mentoring Scheme at Slaughter and May from November 2018 to May 2019, and attended an Insight and Experience Day at Herbert Smith Freehills in December 2018, being recognized with the Best of First Year Prize. Early work experience includes an engagement at Kirkland & Ellis in October 2016. Saajidah completed a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) at Durham University from 2017 to 2020.
