Jon McNeish

Jon McNeish is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of MacGregor Black, established in April 2017, which serves as a strategic recruitment partner in the Consumer, Food, Drink, and Retail sectors. Prior to this role, Jon held the position of Group Managing Director at CSG The Global Talent Experts from September 2014 to March 2017, where recruitment solutions were offered across over 50 countries. Jon also served as Group Managing Director and Group Executive Director at Nigel Wright from June 2001 to July 2014, overseeing significant expansions and operations in various countries. Jon began a career in professional rugby from September 1996 to September 2002 and also worked as a Surveyor at the Environment Agency from September 1998 to May 2000. Jon holds a Bachelor's Degree in Planning & Development Surveying from Northumbria University.
