Tal Ofer has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Tal is currently a member of the Growth Council at MACH Alliance, where they help enterprise organizations navigate the complex modern technology landscape. Prior to this, Tal worked as a Partnerships Director at Cloudinary, where they were responsible for building strategic partnerships and developing the go-to-market strategy for solution partners. As a Global eCommerce Consultant at Tal Ofer Consulting, they provided comprehensive go-to-market strategies to eCommerce start-ups entering the UK and advised brands and retailers on vendor selection. Before that, they served as the Director eCommerce EMEA at Nuvei, where they built partnerships with strategic eCommerce platforms and system integrators across EMEA and collaborated with the sales and product teams on various integrations and business cases. Tal also worked as a Senior Retail Payments Specialist at Nuvei, uniting payment technology and consulting to help businesses remove payment barriers. Tal has experience as a Strategic Account Director at iAdvize, where they helped brands and retailers proactively engage with their visitors through live-chat and messaging channels. Tal also served as the UK Country Manager at Keros Digital SA, where they worked with clients such as Benetton and Twinset to boost sales domestically and internationally. Tal's work experience also includes positions at Pitney Bowes, Criteo, Rakuten, and Goodypass.com, where they held roles in sales and business development.

Tal Ofer obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Government, Diplomacy, and Strategy from Reichman University, where they studied from 2002 to 2005. Tal later pursued a Master's Degree in Politics and Government in the European Union at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2006 to 2007.
