Jamie Fletcher

Mach 1 CEO Jamie Fletcher is responsible for the planning, development, and implementation of Mach 1’s organizational strategies, goals, and policies. In addition to implementing growth-based initiatives, with an emphasis on national account operations, she also serves as leadership development counsel, community liaison, and corporate spokesperson. Based in Phoenix, she divides her time between the company’s Phoenix headquarters and its corporate field offices in the U.S., Mexico, and Asia. Fletcher has a long history with Mach 1, having worked for more than a decade at the Phoenix headquarters in the areas of administration and accounting.

Fletcher graduated cum laude from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University with an emphasis on global business and strategic management and holds a B.S. in Business Administration. She is a member of the Women Presidents’ Organization and serves as a forum vice chair for the Women’s Business Enterprise Council – West. Jamie enjoys spending time with her husband and daughters, traveling to the beach, and is a big Arizona Cardinals football fan.
