Jason Hood

Jason Hood is an accomplished banking professional with extensive experience in commercial lending and banking management. Currently serving as EVP and Chief Lending Officer at Machias Savings Bank since November 2022, Jason previously held key positions at NBT Bank, including SVP Regional Commercial Banking Manager, and at Georgetown Bank as SVP Commercial Team Leader. Earlier career roles included commercial loan officer positions at People's United Bank and Eaton Partners, Inc., as well as a Director of Business Development role at Regency Mortgage Corp/ISG Mortgage. Jason Hood earned a BA in Sociology and Spanish from North Park University from 1993 to 1997.
