Matteo Bastreghi

Matteo Bastreghi is a finance professional with extensive experience in diverse roles across several industries. Currently serving as the Head of Finance at Machina Labs since November 2024, Matteo previously held positions at CONNECT HOMES, advancing from Finance Manager to Director of Finance from August 2017 to November 2024, focusing on modern prefab home manufacturing. Prior to that, Matteo worked as an Operations Associate at Hyperloop Transportation Technologies Inc. and gained early experience as an MBA Intern at Watertower Group. Matteo's career began at Travelport, where roles included Marketing Manager, Marketing Associate, and Marketing Intern. Education includes an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Master’s degree in Economics from Università degli studi Roma TRE.
