Mihai Gheza

Mihai Gheza is the Co-Founder and CEO of Machinations.io. Mihai has over 10 years of experience in the gaming industry, working with some of the most successful studios in EUNA. Mihai is an expert in game monetisation, analytics, publishing and development.

Gheza founded Machinations with the goal of creating the framework to design, balance & forecast game economies. The tool is used by major gaming companies such as SYBO, LEGO, and Nickelodeon.

Prior to founding Machinations, Gheza worked as a Design Associate for Adrian Crook & Associates where they focused on game economy design, monetisation (UA/IAA), UI/UX, analytics, gamification and publishing. Mihai also worked as a Business Development Manager for Bandello and as a Business Intelligence and Web Specialist for IBM Copenhagen.

In 2010, Gheza founded NuGames Studios Sweden AB where they served as the Product Manager. Mihai ran the company until 2013 when they transitioned to working full-time on Machinations.

Mihai Gheza has a MSc in Engineering Management from the Technical University of Denmark and a BS in Electrical Engineering and Computers from Romania Jobs. Mihai also has a certification from machinations.io in Machinations Expert.
