Ian Gill has extensive experience in the medical device manufacturing sector, currently serving as a Technical Engineer at Machine Solutions Inc. since March 2016, where responsibilities include building, repairing, and developing high-quality medical device processing equipment with a focus on high precision assembly for balloon and stent manufacturing. Prior to this role, Ian worked at W. L. Gore & Associates from October 2002 to March 2016 as an Extrusion Engineering Technician, contributing to R&D for new product engineering while ensuring quality assurance and leading manufacturing efforts.
