Nikhil Kumar Aremanda

Nikhil Kumar Aremanda has a diverse work experience across various industries and roles. Nikhil Kumar started their career as a Summer Intern at Lafarge in 2010. In 2011, they worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Vision Finance UK. Nikhil Kumar then joined Dell in 2012 as a Business Analyst, where they were responsible for providing analytics recommendations and engaging with third-party solutions for support. In 2015, they interned at JM Financial in the Investment Banking department. Nikhil Kumar joined Mahindra & Mahindra in 2016 as a Manager in the Group President and CTO's Office. In 2018, they moved to BGR Mining & Infra Limited as the Head of Digital Initiatives. Currently, Nikhil is working at MachineMax since 2019, first as the Country Manager for India and now as the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO).

Nikhil Kumar Aremanda earned their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, where they studied from 2007 to 2012. Nikhil Kumar then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta from 2014 to 2016, focusing on General Management, Corporate Finance, and Strategy. Additionally, in November 2013, they obtained a certification in Lean - Six Sigma Green Belt training from QAI.
