Joleen Bond-Livingston

Joleen Bond-Livingston has a strong background in healthcare and strategic partnerships. Currently, they hold the position of VP and GM Healthcare, Strategic Partnerships at Machinify, Inc. Prior to this, they worked at Cotiviti as Vice President Client Engagement, where they developed and maintained relationships with key clients and led strategic initiatives to achieve client objectives. Earlier in their career, Joleen worked as the Vice President, Recovery Audit Payment Integrity at HMS, where they were responsible for developing and implementing the company's Recovery Audit product. Joleen also contributed to the expansion of contracts and services related to the Recovery Audit product.

Joleen also served as the Director of Operations at Adaptis/Community Health Plan of WA, where they provided executive leadership for multiple units under the health plan operations department and ensured operational performance and client satisfaction.

Additionally, they worked as a Client Executive at Dell Perot Systems, managing business process outsourcing engagements for hospitals and overseeing contract performance for revenue cycle operations.

Joleen's early experience includes their role as the Associate Director, Revenue Cycle Operations at Kaiser Permanente/Previously Group Health Cooperative. In this position, they demonstrated their leadership skills in patient financial services, including medical billing, collections, accounts receivable, denials management, financial operations, and training. Joleen also contributed to the implementation of an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) application.

Joleen Bond-Livingston attended the University of Washington in 2000-2001, where they completed an Executive Leadership Program. Prior to that, they studied Biological Science and Pre Pharmacy at Pierce College from 1998 to 2000. In 1995-1996, Joleen received a CPC certification from the American Academy of Professional Coders. Joleen also earned a degree as a Registered Medical Technologist from the San Antonio College of Medical and Dental Technologists in 1987-1989.
