Kevin Mcdonald

Kevin McDonald is currently the EVP & CRO at Machinify. Prior to this, Kevin was with Marathon Oil Corporation from September 2012 to November 2016. There, Kevin held the title of Deputy General Counsel - Corporate Legal Services & Government Relations and Asst. Corp. Secretary. In this role, Kevin led a team of legal professionals providing support and oversight for multiple subject matter components in Marathon's Law Organization. These components included Corporate & Finance, Corporate Compliance & Ethics, Regulatory Affairs Law, and Litigation & HR Law. Kevin also served as the Chair of the Internal Investigations Steering Committee and as a Board Member of the Marathon Oil Company Employee Political Action Committee.

Kevin McDonald has a Doctor of Law from The University of Texas at Austin and a BS in Agricultural Economics from Texas A&M University. Kevin also has certification from University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business in Accelerating Change Readiness and Agility: Executive Education Program with UC Berkeley Haas School of Executive Education and ExecOnline, Inc.

Kevin Mcdonald reports to Prasanna Ganesan, Co-Founder & CEO. They work with Manuel Donnay - VP, Finance & Business Operations, Victoria Bubien - Chief People Officer, and Vijay Bharadwaj - Chief Data Scientist.
