Sam Hixon

Sam Hixon has a diverse work experience in various industries. Starting in 2008, they worked as a 2nd Assistant Director for One Hundred to One Productions. In 2009, they served as a 1st Assistant Director for RDF USA. From 2009 to 2011, they worked as a Recording Booth Specialist at voicebank.net, Inc.

From 2012 to 2014, Sam worked at The International Academy of Television Arts & Sciences as a Lower 3rd Designer / Abekas Mira Operator. In 2015, they took on the role of Technical Supervisor for The 2015 International Fashion Film Awards at Cinemoi North America, LLC.

From 2016 to 2018, Sam created and instructed a seminar called Self-Taping Seminar for Actors, teaching actors how to shoot, edit, and send self-taped auditions.

Starting in 2018, Sam began their career in sales, starting at BlackLine as a Business Development Representative and progressing to Senior Enterprise Business Development Representative and later Account Executive.

In 2022, they joined Billtrust as an Account Executive and most recently, in 2023, they started working at Machintel in a sales role.

From 2017 to 2019, Sam Hixon attended the University of Phoenix where they pursued a degree in Computer Science. During this time, they successfully achieved an Associate's degree in this field.
