Karl Meier

Karl Meier has extensive experience in corporate governance and management, currently serving as a board member (Verwaltungsrat) at MachIQ since May 2018. Prior to this role, Karl was the managing director (Geschäftsführer) at Endress+Hauser (Schweiz) AG from July 1999 to October 2017. Education includes a VR-CAS-HSG (Certified Director for Board Effectiveness) from the Swiss Board School in cooperation with IMP-HSG in 2017, a management certification from ZfU International Business School, a graduate diploma in business administration (NDS Betriebswirtschaft HWV) from Fachhochschule beider Basel FHBB (1997-1999), and an engineering degree (Ingenieur HTL) in electrical engineering from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW (1983-1986).
