Meghana Mahesh

Meghana Mahesh has a diverse work experience starting in 2016 as a Digital Marketing Intern at Mediacorp Pte Ltd. In 2017, they joined Toyota Kirloskar Motor as a Genba Leader, where they gained hands-on experience in Lean principles implementation and was involved in Kaizen activities. In 2019, they founded LeafCraft before moving on to Macho Engineering Industries as a Lean Manufacturing Engineer. Meghana later transitioned to the role of Sales Business Development Executive and currently serves as the Director of Operations and Business Development at Macho Engineering Industries. Meghana's work experience highlights their expertise in operations, business development, sales, lean manufacturing, and digital marketing.

Meghana Mahesh earned a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from RV College of Engineering in 2016. Meghana then pursued a Master's degree in Technopreneurship and Innovation from Nanyang Technological University Singapore in 2016-2017. During the same period, they also participated in an exchange program at Stanford University, focusing on Technopreneurship and Innovation. Additionally, they received certifications in Google Ads Search, Excel, and minitab 17 in various years.
