Edward J. Guiltinan

SVP of Leasing at Mack-Cali

Edward J. Guiltinan serves as senior vice president of leasing for the Company and oversees the leasing of the entire office and retail portfolio.

Mr. Guiltinan has 30 years of commercial real estate leasing experience, including the past 20 years with Rockefeller Group where he was a senior vice president and head of leasing in New York. During his career at Rockefeller Group, Mr. Guiltinan leased and developed millions of square feet of office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use space in New York, New Jersey, South Carolina, and Florida and he participated in the design and implementation of major capital improvement programs.

Notably, Mr. Guiltinan recently participated in the redevelopment of 1271 Avenue of the Americas in Manhattan and was responsible for the full lease-up of the building, totaling more than 2 million square feet of office space to tenants, including MLB, Mizuho, Latham & Watkins, H.I.G Capital, Greenhill & Co., Blank Rome, Bessemer Trust, and AIG, and retail space to tenants, including Avra Estiatorio.

Prior to joining Rockefeller Group, Mr. Guiltinan was a member of Mack-Cali’s leasing team for three years. He began his career in the assurance practice at Arthur Andersen, where he spent five years.

Mr. Guiltinan holds a BS in Accounting from Fordham University and is a non-practicing Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.
