Mark R. Sheeleigh

SVP of Development, Roseland at Mack-Cali

Mark R. Sheeleigh is the Senior Vice President of Development at Roseland at Mack-Cali. Mark is responsible for all aspects of real estate project development, including conceptualization, design, construction management, project close-out and transition to the management team for lease-up.

Prior to joining Roseland at Mack-Cali, Mr. Sheeleigh was the Director of Architectural Design at New Jersey Transit, where they were responsible for all architectural design for rail, bus and corporate facilities.

From September 1988 to January 2010, Mr. Sheeleigh was a partner at BBG-BBGM, where they were responsible for the architectural design and construction of master plans, mixed-use, hotels, office, retail, and transit projects.

Prior to BBG-BBGM, Mr. Sheeleigh worked as a draftsman at Stephen Potters Architects from September 1984 to September 1985.

Mark R. Sheeleigh graduated with a Master of Architecture from Virginia Tech. Mark also holds a certification in Theirtoric Preservation and Conservation from Drew University, as well as a certificate in Architecture from the Institute for Architecture and Urban Studies. Mark R. Sheeleigh's undergraduate degree is in Engineering from Lafayette College. In addition, they are certified by the State of New Jersey as an Architect.

Their manager is Mahbod Nia, CEO. They are on a team with Nicholas Mitarotonda Jr. - SVP & CIO, Robert Willis - SVP of Construction, and Ivan M. Baron - Chief Legal Officer, Roseland.
