Toni Johnson-Desmet

Toni Johnson-DeSmet, SPHR, serves as the Vice President of Worldwide Human Resources at Mackay Communications, Inc., since November 2008, managing human resources across fifty locations in fifteen countries. Prior to this role, Toni held the position of Human Resources Director at FloLogic, Inc. and served as a Staff Accountant at Rex Healthcare, where responsibilities included supervising and training staff and evaluating job competencies. Toni also worked as Operations Manager at Electronic Products Design, Inc. Toni holds a Bachelor's degree in Design from Meredith College and an Associate's degree in Accounting from Hardbarger's College.
