Community and Client Services

The Community and Client Services team at Mackay Regional Council focuses on enhancing community well-being and customer satisfaction. They manage community programs, facilitate client engagement, and ensure efficient delivery of local services. The team is led by the Director of Community & Client Services and includes the Chief Customer Experience Officer to ensure a seamless and exceptional experience for residents and stakeholders.
