Ania Pritchard

Ania Pritchard serves as the Associate Director of Responsible Investing Communications and Marketing at MacKay Shields LLC since 2016. In addition to that role, Ania has been a Board member and Microfinance Consultant for Volunteers Initiative Nepal since 2009, where responsibilities include developing a women-led village banking system in rural areas. Previously, Ania worked at Ellington Management Group as an Associate, Wokai as Vice President of Community Outreach focusing on microfinance initiatives in China, Fortress Investment Group as an Analyst, and Oxfam America as a Microfinance Volunteer in West Africa. Ania is currently pursuing an Executive Master of Public Administration at Columbia University with a focus on sustainability and international economic policy and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston College, complemented by a year of study at Université Paris-Sorbonne.
