Fernando Ruiz

Fernando Ruiz has extensive experience in technology management, currently serving as the Director of Enterprise Technology Services at MacKay Shields LLC since June 2015. Prior to this role, Fernando held the position of VP of Infrastructure at CLS Bank International from December 2011 to June 2015 and worked as a Senior Systems Engineer at Astoria Bank from November 2005 to November 2011. Fernando's career began as a Systems Engineer at Lanigan & Associates Inc. from September 2002 to November 2005. Fernando holds a Master of Science in Technology Management from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Farmingdale State College.
