Elise Steffen is a seasoned project manager and engineer with extensive experience in the engineering and education sectors. Currently employed at MacKay Sposito since October 2015, Elise has held roles including Project Manager, Project Engineer, and Engineer in Training. Prior experience includes serving as a Teacher's Assistant and Chemistry Workshop Leader at the University of Portland from January 2013 to May 2015, where Elise guided students in MATLAB and chemistry concepts. Additionally, Elise worked as a Water Treatment Plant Summer Operator for the City of Grants Pass in 2014, overseeing plant operations and conducting lab tests. Earlier experiences include a Teacher's Assistant and Site Coordinator at Saturday Academy, where Elise was instrumental in developing and facilitating LEGO Robotics camps for middle school students. Elise holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with an Environmental Track from the University of Portland, completed in 2015.
