Owen Rouse

Owen Rouse is an experienced investment sales leader who has worked in the commercial real estate industry for over three decades. Owen currently holds the title of Investment Sales at MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC, where Owen leads a large brokerage platform. Prior to this, Owen served as the Senior Vice President at Manekin LLC, managing investment opportunities and overseeing a brokerage team of 20+. Rouse's career began at Alex Brown Kleinwort Benson / La Salle Investment Management, where Owen started as an Assistant Vice President and worked their way up from analyst to portfolio management. Rouse holds a Master of Business Administration from Loyola University Maryland and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology / Urban Planning from McDaniel College.
