Shawna Swartz

Shawna Swartz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in healthcare administration and operations management. Currently serving as the Director of Clinical Operations Management at Mackenzie Health since November 2007, Shawna has held multiple roles including Manager of Special Projects, Manager of Transformation, Senior Strategy Consultant, and Manager of Process Improvement. Prior experience at the Toronto Rehabilitation Institute from October 2000 to November 2007 included the position of Leader of Patient Care Projects. Shawna holds a Master of Health Science in Health Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy, both earned from the University of Toronto.
