Ben McCammon

Ben McCammon is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in service innovation, design strategy, and creative leadership across various industries, including financial services and telecommunications. Currently serving as Director of Service Innovation at Mackenzie Investments since November 2018, McCammon leads a team focused on enhancing customer experience and implementing Lean Six Sigma process improvements. Previous roles include Director of Design Strategy at Bridgeable, where McCammon significantly expanded the client base and revenue, and Director at Happen, part of Accenture, overseeing innovation projects across diverse sectors. McCammon also held senior positions at Green Living Enterprises and has experience as a strategic consultant and research assistant, contributing to a variety of impactful projects and initiatives in sustainability and innovation.
