Michael Wu

Michael Wu, CAIA is a Senior Investment Analyst at Mackenzie Investments since January 2023. Prior to this, Michael worked as a Senior Equity Analyst at Morningstar from July 2007 to December 2022, focusing on Asia Financials, Real Estate, and Conglomerates. With a background in Equity and Hybrid Securities Research, Michael has covered sectors such as Telecommunications, Media and Technology, Gaming, Utilities and Infrastructure, as well as Small Caps. Before joining Morningstar, Michael was an Associate Equity Analyst at Aspect Huntley and a Vacation Trainee at the Securities and Futures Commission. Michael holds a Masters in Finance from UNSW, a Master of Science in Real Estate from The University of Hong Kong, and a Bachelor in Economics from UNSW.
